Surrounded by 17 acres of land, shared with the Owner, Marlpitts Farmhouse is a peaceful retreat. Walkers will delight in the footpaths on the doorstep as well as the wonderful array of wildlife within the grounds. There is a large enclosed paddock where children can safely let off steam. This traditional detached farmhouse is comfortably furnished and, with a warming multi-burner in the sitting-room, a cosy retreat. The house has a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a shower-room as well as a study with a broadband connection. There are several pubs within three miles, all serving excellent locally produced food. With the adjacent Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, providing spectacular walks, cliffs and an amazing coastline with fossil hunting opportunities, there is always plenty to see and do. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
