Silver Spray’s clifftop location has to be one of the most breathtaking in Cornwall! Overlooking Port Gaverne cove and Port Isaac on the north coast, the split-level design ensures that nearly every room boasts mesmerising sea views. Gather your friends and family to visit this spacious and well-equipped home by the sea. There is plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The fantastic dining-room is just perfect for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and festive feasts. The back door has a ramped access which, together with the ground floor bedrooms and bathroom, makes it ideal for the elderly. A large and wonderfully equipped kitchen, complete with wine conditioning unit, leads to the generous living-room complete with big comfy sofas, surround sound 50” flat screen television and where enchanting sea views can be admired all day long. For those wishing for a little peace, there is an additional sunny sitting-room with a 46” flat screen television and a balcony where guests will feel uplifted as they view the elevated position over this beautiful coast across to Port Isaac. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a sloping ceiling and a sunken bath. The lower ground floor has two further bedrooms and a shower-room. Silver Spray is set in an acre of unfenced gardens adjacent to the clifftop coastal footpath with panoramic views from this commanding position all along this unspoilt stretch of coastline. Just a short stroll down the hill to Port Gaverne you will find a lovely sheltered beach which is ideal for children, launching a boat, or for just enjoying the fresh sea air and the very charming pub. The walks from Silver Spray are stunning, as are some superb sandy beaches within easy driving distance – south to Polzeath for excellent surfing, Daymer Bay with its gently sloping sandy beach, ideal for toddlers and windsurfing, and Rock with its numerous watersports, or north to Trebarwith Strand.
