Set above beautiful Maenporth cove, Opie’s Toy is a luxury ground floor apartment in a small, prestigious development of nine, with far reaching views over countryside and the sea beyond (see photograph). The quality and comfort of this apartment is immediately apparent. The spacious interior has oak flooring with comfortable contemporary furnishings and electric heating throughout. The large, open plan living-room has a kitchen-area fitted with high specification appliances, glossy white units and dark granite work surfaces, and leads to a balcony with wonderful views. Oak furniture and soft leather sofas, a flat screen television and broadband access provide every comfort. The master bedroom has lovely bed linens and an en suite shower-room with double shower cubicle, while the second bedroom can provide twin or double accommodation, making the apartment perfect for couples or families alike. Sandy Maenporth beach is a stroll downhill, with a beach cafe and popular bistro. Excellent coast paths make walking a joy, with thriving Falmouth in one direction and the Helford River, with beautiful gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah, in the other.
