Close to the delights of Padstow, the Camel Trail and the glorious beaches of north Cornwall, Hooter’s Rest is a real find. Totally separate from the Owners’ home, Two Whitawoo (2002) and Owlets (2334), this detached barn conversion is tastefully furnished. The accommodation is reversed to maximise the wonderful view (see photograph), with three bedrooms on the ground floor, one boasting an en suite, and the open plan living-room and master bedroom on the first floor overlooking the enclosed garden. The open plan living-room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an invaluable warming wood-burner. The local area is rich with interesting places to visit; you will be spoilt for choice with a wide range of wonderful restaurants, as well as farm and specialist food shops. Restaurants and pubs providing good food are in plentiful supply with Rick Stein’s at Padstow offering a real treat or just special fish and chips! There are fantastic surf and swimming beaches and for walkers, there are miles of spectacular coastal walks. Book two weeks and really get to know this stunning area of Cornwall. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
