Not far from the Helford River where the tranquil sailing waters meander through a beautiful wooded valley, the pretty hamlet of Brill is just a short drive from either Falmouth or the Lizard peninsula’s picturesque coves and sandy beaches. Perfect for large groups, The Stennings is magnificently spacious, with ample room for children to play in the enclosed garden or the games-room, where everyone will enjoy the table-tennis and table-football. Inside, the accommodation is exceedingly comfortable and superbly presented. Patio doors from the sitting and dining-rooms lead outside, the large well-equipped kitchen has a useful separate utility-room, and there is also a downstairs shower-room. There are four beautifully furnished first floor bedrooms, and up the steep stairs to the top floor the fifth bedroom (excluded from holidays at the lower rent band) is tucked under the eaves; an ideal teenager’s retreat with its own sitting-area. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 21 May to 16 September and is only applicable for parties of 6 + cot or less. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
