If you are looking for peace and relaxation, a family party or a couple’s hideaway, Woodlands has it all. The shared facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool (please supervise children at all times) which is heated to 85 degrees and is 36 feet long, and a games-room set in unspoilt open countryside. Woodlands Manor, set within its own grounds, boasts a VisitEngland Quality Assurance Standard rating of five stars, whilst the five traditional stone cottages, including The Coach House (2454) and The Stables (2455), have been awarded four stars and command a stunning view over the valley. Each cottage has its own patio and guests are encouraged to explore the 37 acres of grounds. Woodlands is the ideal base for visiting Bude and the sandy beaches and stunning cliff walks of the north coast of Cornwall. Please note, these properties have a private water supply, regularly tested.

Rose is a delightful semi-detached barn conversion, with a large open plan living-room furnished with warm rugs, a ceramic floor and gold and brown upholstery around the wood-burner. Steps lead to a double bedroom decorated in pink and cream toile, there is a large shower-room downstairs and carpeted stairs lead up to a sitting-room with countryside views. The fourth bedroom has a spectacular wrought iron four-poster, draped in white. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 3 July and from 12 September to 14 December for parties of 4 + cot or less. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
