With a private, sunny patio outside you will hardly be aware that delightful single-storey Chynoweth Cottage lies near the Owners’ home (attached to their private gym), tucked away in the countryside outside the village of St Erth, a short drive from St Ives and the golden beaches of both north and south coasts. The slow, bumpy drive down the long unmade track (unsuitable for low suspension or heavily-laden vehicles) is definitely worth it! This lovely, peaceful little haven is approached by steps down from the parking-area and overlooks the Owners’ garden, five acres of land including a large pond, which guests are welcome to share. The property has a private water supply, regularly tested.
