Rolling farmland, hidden valleys and tree-lined rivers typify south east Cornwall. Deep in countryside, yet only a half-hour’s drive from the coast, Dannett is a real treat. The Owners, who farm cattle and sheep, live next door but guests will be quite private. Both attractive cottages have their own play-area and patio, and everyone can enjoy woodland walks, fishing in the ponds (take care with children) and the shared games-room. There are donkeys, a tame goat called Beatrice and three miniature ponies, and the Owners are happy to take children when feeding other animals on the farm. Close to the Eden Project and some wonderful gardens, Dannett offers a warm welcome to all. The properties have a private water supply (tested regularly).

The kitchen/diner is huge, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a get-together over a sumptuous dinner.The kitchen/diner forms the heart of the house.An electric Aga for those who love them, for those who do not, there is also an electric cooker.

Looking towards Polperro village from the harbour.The little beach at Polperro harbour entrance is perfect for paddling.Leisure craft and fishing boats waiting for the tide to rise to get into Polperro harbour.
 
Looe is about eight miles away, a busy fishing harbour with shark fishing trips for the adventurous!The pretty twin vallages of Kingsand and Cawsand on the Rame Peninsula, with narrow streets and terraced cottages edging several little beaches.The beach at Kingsand as the tide drops back.
 

Detached Dannett Granary has been renovated to provide a beautiful, remarkably spacious home. There is an enormous kitchen/diner and the sitting-room has a minstrels’ gallery running along one wall. Two bedrooms are downstairs whilst the remaining two bedrooms, one of which is huge, are upstairs. Please note, the second cot is a travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 5pm on arrival and 11am on departure.

Ground Floor

Hall. Kitchen/Diner with electric hob, electric oven, electric Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and TV. Utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier. Sitting-room with satellite TV, video, DVD player and wood-burner effect electric stove. Bedroom 1 with double bed (6'), TV and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds and TV. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, fitted shower, WC and double wash-basins.

First Floor

Bedroom 3 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds and twin beds, TV and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 4 with double bed (6'), TV and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.

Outside

Access to shared Games-room.
