The Old Coach House (with the arched blue door) is tucked away in the left corner of the peaceful courtyard.
 
The spacious, light-filled sitting/dining-room has French doors leading out to the garden.Part of the L-shaped garden behind the house; shady by late afternoon but sunny earlier in the day.Just outside the kitchen door, the patio leads to the garden gate and the parking-area.
 
One of the lakes in Tehidy Country Park, just a short walk from The Old Coach House.Beautiful woodland walks around and through the park, one taking you right to the cliffs of the north coast and the South West Coast Path.The view from the approach road into Tehidy Country Park, across the fields towards the golf course.

Description

The Old Coach House is just a few minutes’ drive from the spectacularly beautiful north Cornish coast, where miles of golden sand stretch right around St Ives Bay and rugged cliffs and rocky coves extend from Godrevy to Portreath. The choice is yours; surfing, coastal hikes or woodland walks, golf, cycling, browsing the shops and galleries in picturesque St Ives, or simply sunbathing with a good book. Sunsets here are legendary, and after the sun has dipped below the horizon, elegant comfort awaits you at the heart of Tehidy Country Park. This peaceful retreat was originally part of the coach house attached to the stables, now a quiet terrace of private residences flanking a huge three-sided gravelled courtyard. Nestling in one corner (the blue door in the centre of the photograph), the cottage has a private enclosed back garden with a lockable gate to the parking-area. Inside, the oak kitchen is well-equipped, there are relaxing sofas in the spacious sitting/dining-room, and wireless broadband is provided. Upstairs are the bathroom and three generous, well appointed bedrooms, one en suite.
