In a pretty countryside location only a couple of miles from the Cathedral City of Truro, Swallows Nest provides a tranquil base from which to explore this beautiful area, with easy access to all the facilities and amenities of town. Semi-detached with the hospitable but unobtrusive Owners next door, this well appointed cottage is warm, light and welcoming. With reverse accommodation, the spacious first floor living-room is open plan, with French doors fenced by wrought iron balustrading overlooking trees and fields. The ground floor bedroom has the shower-room beside it, and outside the private patio catches the morning sun, an ideal place for breakfast. The north coast is within easy reach, offering coastal walks, sandy beaches and surfing opportunities. Truro has an eclectic mix of Georgian buildings, cobbled streets, shops, galleries and restaurants, while slightly further south the renowned sailing town of Falmouth is always a hive of activity.
