Riverside is an attractive apartment set above the Owner’s Victorian home in the village of Lelant which is a short drive or, for those seeking a more active holiday, a stunning clifftop walk from the seaside town of St Ives. The first floor entrance is reached via external steps that lead to a decked terrace where guests can enjoy an al fresco meal. Inside, stairs lead up to the living accommodation which comprises three comfortable bedrooms (one en suite), a family bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting/dining-room. There are views of the Hayle RSPB reserve and tidal estuary. The apartment is spacious and stylish, decorated with contemporary furnishings and fabulous original works of art. A few minutes’ walk away is an excellent pub and the popular links course of West Cornwall Golf Club, as well as the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney Sands and Carbis Bay. Whilst visiting Lelant, why not enjoy a train trip on the scenic railway which runs to St Ives, with wonderful views of the beaches and clear blue seas along the way.
