On the water’s edge at beautiful Lamorna Cove (see photograph), close to the South West Coast Path, this contemporary apartment is a perfect base for those wishing to get away from it all or wanting to explore this wonderful area of Cornwall. A boat launch and trailer parking are also available with this property. Harbour View is set next door to Lamorna Lookout (2430) and above a beach cafe and restaurant which is open during the day from April to October and occasionally in winter. A flight of external steep steps leads up to the entrance hall, which gives access to the two stylish bedrooms and open plan living area. Here a Juliet balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and stunning sea views from within the apartment. The kitchen (with its hob and microwave – the sole cooking appliances) and the luxurious shower-room are also on this level. External stairs lead up to the piece de resistance: the roof terrace which has uninterrupted sea views; you can sit and watch the sunset whilst enjoying an al fresco meal or observe the sunrise at breakfast. Lamorna is a very special place; an ancient harbour, a lush valley with a running stream and breathtaking scenery – this really is a holiday paradise!
