Only a couple of miles from the Cathedral City of Truro, where shops, galleries and restaurants flourish, and within easy reach of the sand dunes and surfing beaches of Perranporth and St Agnes on the north coast, the cottage is set down a small rural lane in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. The reversed accommodation ensures views over farmland from the first floor sitting-room, where comfortable sofas and light, neutral colours encourage you to relax. The separate kitchen/diner is well-equipped and shares the same views. On the ground floor the double and single bedrooms are furnished with contemporary light oak furniture, and a door from one single room leads out to a west-facing, communal lawned garden. The bathroom has a three-quarter size bath, which is supplemented by an electric shower. Footpaths from the property access the nearby St Clement Woods and you can follow the River Allen right into Truro itself.
