The kitchen is small but fully equipped.The utility-room leads off from the kitchen.This double bedroom has a 5' Victorian-style bedstead.
 
There are views over fields from the front bedroom.This double bedroom looks out over the large garden to the rear.The heated dog kennels are a bonus for pets and the garden extends a long way behind, with a pretty orchard section growing several varieties of fruit trees.

Set in a large, beautifully tended plot on the edge of the little village of Zelah, this lovely, white painted semi-detached cottage offers exceptionally well appointed accommodation inside and separate patio, lawn and fruit gardens outside, with the added advantage of heated dog kennels for canine comfort (please note, dogs are not permitted inside the house). Only a short drive from the golden sands and fabulous surfing opportunities at Perranporth, Sycamore Cottage is ideally situated for exploring the north coast but also offers easy access to the A30 and destinations further afield. With polished wooden floors downstairs, the cottage offers a fully equipped galley kitchen and a separate spacious dining-room, along with a snug sitting-room where a wood-burner effect gas stove ensures cosy out-of-season breaks. A steep, open staircase (please take care with children) leads up to the two double bedrooms, one overlooking the enclosed garden to the rear and the other with views over fields at the front. The village pub just down the road serves good food and real ale, while footpaths and bridleways offer walking opportunities right from the door. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
