Great Treburgie Farm nestles in lovely rolling countryside and is found down a tiny unmade lane only a short drive from the south coast. This is a working farm with the farmhouse and barns close by, occasional livestock and the odd farm vehicle from time to time. Completely renovated with a pretty garden outside, The Wagon House, all on one floor, is a delight. The kitchen/diner has slate floors and is fitted with cream units and the original beams exposed in the high ceiling. Glass doors lead through to the cosy sitting-room with its tapestry patterned sofas and wood-burner effect stove. The master bedroom is charming as is the second single bedroom and, with under-floor heating, the cottage is warm and welcoming whatever the weather. This is a most attractive cottage ideally located for exploring the delights of Cornwall. The water is from a private supply (tested regularly). *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot, although space is limited.
