A warm welcome awaits you at this delightful, detached converted barn in the village of Lanreath, situated between the small harbour town of Looe and the picturesque fishing village of Polperro. Under-floor heating beneath the slate floors ensures toasty warmth and a multi-burner is the focal point of the large open plan living-room, where French doors lead out to an enclosed garden with two patio areas, catching both morning and afternoon sun. All on one level and deceptively spacious, Churchtown Barn is an ideal retreat for couples wishing to explore the lovely countryside and coastal areas of this relatively undiscovered part of Cornwall. The South West Coast Path meanders along clifftops and bays nearby, while woodland walks abound inland. Shipwreck diving and shark fishing can be enjoyed from Looe, and the sailing town of Fowey can be reached via ferry from Polruan or Bodinnick, giving easy access to the beaches of the beautiful Roseland peninsula.
