Description

South east Cornwall is a real find; hidden valleys reached by leafy lanes, rolling farmland and some lovely beaches and cliffs on the coast. A mile or so from the village of Landrake, Wheel Cottage is a very stylish single-storey detached cottage, perfect for a couple wishing to escape the rigours of everyday life. Across the gravelled courtyard from the Owners’ home, this is a lovely property. The open plan living-room has all mod-cons in the kitchen and two soft oatmeal sofas invite you to sink down and relax. Light and sunny, there are glass patio doors out to the deck and an enclosed private garden. The bedroom is very pretty and there is a bright white and terracotta bathroom. The Owners have a smallholding of some 20 acres, well away from the cottage, with sheep, pigs, goats, chickens and ducks (fresh eggs are available). Please take care with dogs around the livestock. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
