Exceptionally comfortable, there is a nursery and three pleasant bedrooms, two with sea views and one looking onto the splendid garden. A spacious sitting-room with a warming wood-burner and a triple-aspect bay window enables you to enjoy the breathtaking views year-round, sitting inside or out! A short flight of steps leads up to the entrance which opens into the large, well-equipped kitchen/diner. This spacious room has a central island and modern range cooker. Now that you are here, you should explore the two acres of garden – a magnificent terrace with fine sea views, sloping lawns, a summer-house, three ponds and a stream (please take care with children) are but a few of the places to discover, but wait until you find the secret kingdom – you will be enchanted! Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
