Not far from the beautiful Helford River, Little Barncroft lies down a quiet country lane in a secluded valley a mile from Grebe beach, tiny Durgan village, and the Glendurgan National Trust garden. This peaceful setting belies the fact that Mawnan Smith’s excellent pub and village shops are just a mile away, with bustling Falmouth only a few minutes’ drive. The spectacular coastal footpath also passes nearby, watersports are available at Helford Passage, and Budock Vean has a renowned golf course. An annexe to the Housekeeper’s home, where her family live with their friendly dog, the cottage has reversed accommodation. Two pretty bedrooms, the bathroom and laundry-room are downstairs, the oak-floored living-room above decorated in soft blue and white. The dining-table, with tall stools, is the wide breakfast-bar dividing the kitchen from the sitting-area, which has French doors opening onto the decked balcony where steps lead down to an enclosed lawn (please take care). *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.

Steps to Ground Floor. Entrance porch. Hallway. Bedroom 1 with twin beds. Bedroom 2 with double bed (6') and TV. Steps to Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin, leading to Laundry-room with washing machine/drier.

Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. Satellite TV, video, DVD player and CD player. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
