An annexe to the Housekeeper’s home, where she lives with her family and their friendly dog, the cottage has reversed accommodation with the two pretty bedrooms, bathroom and shared laundry-room on the ground floor, and the open plan living space above. With oak flooring and decorated in duck-egg blue, the living-room is divided by a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the sitting/dining-area, where French doors open onto a decked balcony with steps down to an enclosed lawn (please take care). The peaceful location belies the fact that Mawnan Smith and its popular village pub is close by, and bustling Falmouth is only a few minutes’ drive away. Watersports are available at Helford Passage, the coastal footpath passes nearby and Budock Vean has an excellent golf course. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
