Set opposite the Owner’s farmhouse, in a peaceful location at the end of a track with the renowned Cape Cornwall golf course a short drive away, Stone Farm Cottage is ideal for a holiday in the far west. There is a wildlife pond and a small stream meanders around the pretty south-facing garden (please take care). This detached cottage has a spacious front porch which opens into a large open plan living-room with solid oak floors and A-frame ceilings, complete with a magnificent bespoke kitchen featuring granite worktops and a Belfast sink. The sitting-area boasts a cosy wood-burner – ideal for cooler out-of-season evenings after a day exploring the rugged nearby coastline including Pendeen lighthouse, Land’s End and Sennen Cove. Double doors lead from the living-room to the patio and garden where the unmistakable old engine houses can be seen in the distance. The two bedrooms are at separate ends of the cottage; the twin room is close to the large bathroom, whilst the master bedroom boasts a contemporary en suite wet-room. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
