This modern, three-storey end of terrace town house, part of the gated Port Pendennis development, sits by the lock that accesses the inner marina (see photograph). The National Maritime Museum is on the doorstep and the bustling centre of Falmouth a short, level walk away. Lock House, elegantly decorated, has wonderful harbour views from practically every room and the outdoor seating-area.
