Trelengor, a short drive from Fowey, the Eden Project and three golf courses, is a haven of tranquility within a beautiful two acre garden bordered by majestic conifers. The reversed accommodation has four ground floor bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements for seven guests, three with glazed doors to a sheltered patio and covered fishpond. A wide open-tread oak staircase leads to a galleried landing and stunning open plan living-room, featuring a wood-burner and large picture windows overlooking the grounds. Glass doors lead to a raised patio, a narrow balcony (please take care with children), and down to the garden – where there is a further unfenced pond (again, please supervise children). The water supply is from a spring, regularly tested. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 15 May and from 12 September to 14 December for parties of 4 + cot or less.
