Lower Treslea Farm is in a truly rural spot, with only the Owners up the lane and the two adjoining cottages, both of which have their own patio. They also share an enclosed garden and are quite private. It feels as if life has slowed down to a time gone by, yet both the north and south coasts are within easy reach. Why not spend a day on the surfing beach of Polzeath, or to the south, the lovely town of Fowey is also a short drive. The Owners keep chickens and horses, and guests are welcome to walk their seven acres (take care around livestock) or perhaps enjoy a woodland walk in nearby Cardinham Woods. Both cottages are centrally heated and very comfortable, making them just right for a special holiday whatever the season. Please note the cottages have a private water supply (tested regularly).

Buzzard’s Reach, the slightly smaller cottage, is comfortable and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a slate floor, as does the cosy sitting-room and again the bedrooms are carpeted. Each bedroom has an en suite shower-room, making this cottage ideal for a family or friends. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.

Ground Floor Sitting-room with TV, DVD player and CD player. Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. First Floor Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
