Description

With reversed accommodation to take full advantage of the beautiful countryside views, New Barn stands alone beside the road to Millbrook village, opposite a working farmyard, and has a pond to the front (please take care with children), and a paved patio and spacious lawns at the rear. The large sitting/dining-room is accessed via an open-tread staircase, and has comfortable sofas, a wood-burner effect gas stove, and a door out to exterior stone steps down to the garden. The contemporary kitchen/breakfast-room has a large central island unit, American-style fridge/freezer and an electric range cooker. Downstairs, the two double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower-room) have doors out to the patio and garden, with the cosy twin bedroom and family bathroom tucked between them. Only a couple of miles from the pretty seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and the splendid tidal beach at Whitsand Bay, New Barn is ideally placed for family holidays. Beautiful parkland and gardens at Mount Edgcumbe can be explored, and the coastal footpath meanders along the magnificent cliff line. There is a private water supply (tested regularly). *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
