Approached by a long private track, there are no immediate neighbours, apart from the occasional horse rider using the bridleway outside. The open plan living-room has a comfortable sofa, slate floors, low beams, an inglenook fireplace housing an original bread oven, and a wood-burner ensuring warmth whatever the weather. Upstairs is a pretty bedroom and a traditional bathroom with a roll-top bath. Outside the peaceful enclosed garden has country views, whilst Launceston, with its impressive castle, is nearby and the coast is within a half-hour drive. So leave your cares behind, stock up with plenty of good food and enjoy a romantic, relaxing break. The property has a private water supply (tested regularly). Sadly, this property is not suited to children.
