Just outside the village of Clawton, close to the Devon/Cornwall border and only half an hour’s drive from the beaches at Bude and Sandymouth Bay, North Beer is a 300 acre dairy farm. Approached by an unmade farm lane, the milking parlour and other barns are beyond the cottage. The Owners, who live nearby, will provide a warm welcome with your privacy assured. North Beer Byre is an attractively furnished detached cottage and will enchant guests. The spacious sitting-area, with under-floor heating, has a beamed ceiling, large comfortable sofas and a wood-burner effect electric stove which provides a welcoming focal point. A step leads up to the dining-area and from here a door leads into the very spacious kitchen. This is a delight and provides easy access to the sunny patio and enclosed garden. Ideal for exploring both Devon and Cornwall, North Beer Byre is sure to become a firm family favourite. Please note, this property has a private water supply, which is tested regularly.
