The sea views from this fabulous detached house are wonderful (see photograph). Set in a residential area of Carbis Bay, Chy-an-Mor is within easy walking distance of St Ives and Carbis Bay beach. A short steep driveway leads up to the house, with steps up to the entrance. As soon as you cross the threshold, you know that this contemporary styled abode will be a sumptuous retreat. Two of the beautifully presented bedrooms are accessible from the main living areas. The sitting-room, ideal for watching the ever-changing sea, is furnished with a modern corner suite to ensure comfort and encompasses a large window, with views stretching from Hayle Towans, past Godrevy Lighthouse. Patio doors lead from the well-equipped kitchen/dining-room to the enclosed terraced garden complete with raised sun decks and additional sea glimpses. Up an open-tread wooden staircase, the spacious en suite master bedroom is luxurious, as is the twin bedroom which boasts a sitting-area with a television. The Owner runs a small artisan bakery on the Lizard and Introduction to Breadmaking courses are available at cost. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
