Forge Cottage, a unique, Grade II Listed detached building, is situated on the road to the dog-friendly beach at Crantock and only five minutes’ walk to the magnificent sand dunes and surf. Stone and slate built, this delightful hideaway appears quite small, but on entering you will find that it has been meticulously designed to create a spacious open plan living area. The fireplace retains the original granite hearth stone with slate canopy and now houses a multi-burner. Both bedrooms have the luxury of en suite facilities with the double bedroom being level with the living-room, whilst the twin bedroom is approached by four granite steps. Contemporary in design, the decor is simple and understated whilst complementing the original features. The convenient location for the village shop, pubs, cafe and beach will ensure guests have a wonderfully carefree holiday.
