The terraced house is light, spacious, stylish and comfortable and the Owners have provided everything required, including a flat screen television in every bedroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an open plan sitting/dining-room where you can enjoy the views from the sofa in front of the bay window. Outside, an enclosed garden and terrace overlook the sea. Beyond the gate is a new hard landscaped lower garden with decking, a summer-house and gated access to the public footpath leading to the coastal path and beaches, so children must be supervised. Nearby Trevone village has a sandy beach and rock pools, and the delights of Padstow are only a few miles away. Gwel-an-Keynvor will prove the perfect base for sea-gazing and walking holidays year-round. Wireless broadband is provided. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
