Trees, a single bedroomed cottage with its accommodation all on one level, has been lovingly restored with great care and attention to provide a charming, relaxing retreat. Situated up on the hill which overlooks the enchanting fishing village of Coverack, the cottage is adjacent to the Owners’ house, Rocklands. Guests are welcome to enjoy their extensive gardens which are beautiful at all times of the year – but especially lovely in spring – and command breathtaking views of the village and harbour below. The local walks along the coastline are spectacular and the beach is just a short walk away through the garden. Inside, the galley kitchen is well planned and beautifully finished, the furniture in the sitting-room contemporary and comfortable, and the bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Fishing, boating and even windsurfing are easily arranged in the village, which also has a selection of shops, restaurants and an excellent pub. Please note this property has a private water supply which is tested regularly, and it can take a while to fill the bath!
