This delightful, end of terrace cottage in the heart of Boscastle offers an idyllic retreat. Lowen Cottage is perfectly situated, a few minutes’ walk up the road from the village centre (see photograph – Lowen Cottage is behind the lamp post). A slate exterior hides a welcoming interior, with Cornish slate floors and a romantic multi-burner enhancing this cosy little cottage’s character. The small Shaker-style kitchen overlooks the garden below. The lovely bathroom is on the ground floor and a typical cottage staircase leads to the double bedroom and a single bedroom. After a clifftop walk you will clamour to return to Lowen Cottage, for an opportunity to get away from it all. Although the property is not suited to children, a baby up to 12 months old is welcome.
