Charming Swallow Barn is a cosy retreat tucked away off the high street in the pretty village of Tregony on the beautiful Roseland peninsula. Lovingly maintained by the neighbouring Owners, who are welcoming and helpful without being intrusive, this semi-detached cottage provides a wonderful base for exploring this delightful area. With remarkably easy access to sandy beaches, creekside and coastal footpaths and beautiful gardens at Trewithen, Heligan and the Eden Project, you will find your days quickly filled. Tregony itself boasts a Victorian clock tower, art gallery, local shops and 16th Century pub which will deliver meals to your door. The open plan living-room has comfortable sofas flanking an inviting open fire and a conservatory overlooking the tranquil walled garden. Twin and double bedrooms share a family bathroom on the ground floor while the master bedroom upstairs has an en suite shower-room and far reaching countryside views. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 19 May to 31 August and is only applicable for parties of 4 + cot or less.
