So-called because three of the best beaches in Falmouth are just across the road, this supremely comfortable semi-detached house enjoys wonderful views out into Falmouth Bay. Younger guests will enjoy the nearby Leisure Centre, with its swimming pool and gym, within walking distance. Slightly further afield are the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and a bowling alley. The sun-room makes the most of the view, with French doors to a large, raised terrace (with rails, but take care with children). There is also a beautifully landscaped rear patio and gravelled garden – fenced for safety but take care on the steps. The sitting/dining-room has digital television and blue upholstery, whilst the beech kitchen has a gleaming stainless steel hob, ceramic floor and a convenient breakfast bar. Upstairs the master bedroom is fresh in blue and white and overlooks the sea, whilst the twin room is next to the spacious bathroom. Due to the steps and terrace great care must be taken with children. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
