Description

In a delightfully peaceful location but close to the wonderful Eden Project and Heligan Gardens, this lovely detached stone barn has been converted with great attention to detail. The Owners live next door and encourage access to their five acre wildlife reservation, where bird hides, two lakes (one stocked with trout) and a woodland walk can all be explored. The roundhouse sitting-room has full Sky satellite television, a multi-burner and French doors onto a private, sun-trap patio. The large kitchen has an oil-fired Alpha cooking range (which also runs the heating, but can be used independently) and a combination microwave, supplemented by an electric cooker in the utility-room. The ground floor twin bedroom boasts an en suite wet-room while upstairs the master has a king-size bed and en suite shower-room and every bedroom has countryside views. The beautifully landscaped enclosed garden has raised lawns reached by gated steps. A garden-room with glass doors opening onto the patio houses a marvellous hot tub, popular with all generations (please take care with children around the hot tub and lakes). Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
