Spectacular Brimbles will simply take your breath away. Converted from a group of old buildings around a courtyard, using reclaimed timber wherever possible and retaining many original features, this extremely spacious, very comfortable home is perfect for two families or groups of friends – there is enough room for everyone to enjoy their stay on this working farm tucked away in Devon’s tranquil countryside. Floor to ceiling glass panels fill one side of the enormous kitchen/diner, letting in plenty of light. Upstairs, the striking sitting-room has glazed roof panels, wood floors, large soft sofas and a wood-burner. There is also a separate television-room upstairs, and there are five bedrooms, the largest of which again features full length glass along one wall. Delicious home-reared lamb, pork and beef are available from the farm, and use of the bathrobes and bath towels provided by the Owners is a special treat – but the best is yet to come! Step through a door in the kitchen/diner, and you will find the heated indoor pool (available daily 10am to 7pm; please supervise children at all times). Great fun whatever the weather, the pool is shared with the Owners, and guests at The Barton Granary (1064) nearby. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 21 May to 9 September and is only applicable for parties of 6 + 2 cots or less. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
