From its elevated position behind the coastal road leading to Tintagel, Westley House enjoys spectacular views (see photograph), seen from most of the rooms, captivating guests throughout the year. This detached house is ideally situated to explore the fabulous beaches and walks of the north coast, as well as Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow nearby. Warm and welcoming, the house is a home-from-home and guests will revel in the spacious bedrooms, comfortable sitting-room or relax in the lovely conservatory; perhaps enjoy a game of table-tennis or darts in the garage/games-room. Set into the hillside, the property has a terraced rear garden bordered by farmland. Steps lead up to the front door from the garden, which has been landscaped above an attractive stone bank (please take care with children) to fully appreciate the sea view. One bedroom and the shower-room are on the ground floor while three further bedrooms, one with an en suite shower-room, and a bathroom are upstairs. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 26 June and from 26 September to 14 December for parties of 6 + cot or less.
