The nearby village of St Neot which boasts an excellent pub, nestles in some gorgeous countryside.Nearby Colliford Lake is ideal for picnics on a summer's day.You will often see wild ponies wandering on the moor.
 

Little Oak Barn is a truly rural retreat, ideal for exploring both Cornish coasts and the gorgeous surrounding countryside. Fowey, a favourite haunt of Daphne du Maurier, is only a short drive and the Eden Project is equally close. Found down country lanes, the cottage has lovely views and the only neighbours are the Owners who have ten acres and keep horses, two dogs and several friendly cats. The cottage has a very pretty enclosed garden and inside is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner and an attractive sitting-room which has a wood-burner and deep squishy sofas. Downstairs are the bedroom and shower-room. Little Oak Barn is in a peaceful valley offering you the chance to relax, sleep well and spend the days enjoying Cornwall. Please note there is a private water supply which is regularly tested.

Sitting-room with TV, PVR, DVD player, CD, minidisc and tape player and wood-burner. Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Lower Ground Floor

Bedroom with double bed. Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.

Access to Utility-room with washing machine.
