A short drive from the coast, Mousehole, Land’s End and Sennen, Blue Barn is one of a cluster of attractively restored barns set on an ancient footpath which runs through their grounds. Blue Barn is a delightful retreat accessed by an unmade lane (please take care with low suspension vehicles) just ten minutes’ walk across a bridleway from the village of St Buryan. All on one level, this comfortable home-from-home is perfect for guests wishing to explore this extraordinary peninsula. The eclectic interior has been created by retaining original features, coupled with stylish, individual furnishings and under-floor heating. A spectacular 40 foot open plan living-room with a dining-area and an extremely well-equipped kitchen-area, complete with bread maker, enhance the welcoming atmosphere. Outside, enjoy an al fresco meal on the patio, or just sit and watch the sun go down. This cottage has the advantage of a separate studio incorporating a large games-room complete with a full-size table-tennis table, perfect to while away the hours on a grey day. Blue Barn has a private water supply which is regularly tested.
