With wonderful views of the famous surfing beach (see photograph), Fistral View forms part of an elegant Regency-style terrace in a security-gated, Duchy of Cornwall estate. This impeccably furnished town house enjoys the best of both worlds. Located on the Pentire Headland, the hustle and bustle of Newquay town and Fistral Beach are within walking distance, but also nearby is the coastal footpath and the Gannel Estuary. To the rear, the enclosed, south-facing walled garden is very sheltered with a lockable outhouse – ideal for bodyboards, wetsuits and bicycles. On three floors, the ground floor is virtually self-contained with a twin bedroom, a shower-room and a spacious, fully equipped butler’s pantry. Upstairs, the main kitchen has stainless steel appliances, metallic tiles and beech cupboards. The sitting/dining-room overlooks the beach and golf course, and is well furnished with leather upholstery and a corner fireplace with a gas fire. The master bedroom looks seaward and is decorated in shades of cream and sand, whilst the third bedroom overlooks the garden. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
