Leworthy Mill Farm is set amidst leafy lanes and fields.

Set deep in the north Devon countryside, two miles from Woolfardisworthy (known locally as Woolsery), Leworthy Mill Farm typifies a small farm – 27 acres of pasture, woodlands and a pond (please take care with children). Guests can walk the traditionally farmed land; chickens, ducks, goats and geese wander around whilst sheep and cows graze in the fields (please take care around livestock). The Owners produce sausages, bacon, gammon, lamb and eggs, available from the farm. Close to the north coast, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy. These cottages have a private water supply (tested regularly).

Across the farmyard, adjoining the Owners’ home and approached by steps down to the front door, is Auntie Prue’s. This cottage, deceiving from the outside, is very spacious with a large rear shared garden. There is a large, bright kitchen downstairs, and steps up to the sitting/dining-room with wood floors and an attractive stone fireplace housing an open fire. There are two bedrooms and a shower-room on the ground floor and a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor.

Ground Floor Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine/drier. Shower-room with power shower, WC and wash-basin. 3 steps to Sitting/Dining-room with TV, DVD player, CD player and open fire. Bedroom 1 with twin beds. Bedroom 2 with single bed. First Floor Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bathroom with bath, WC and wash-basin.
