With boats bobbing on the water right outside your windows, you will find this semi-detached property provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. This exceptionally comfortable, three bedroom house commands a prime position on the water’s edge of Port Pendennis marina, an exclusive security-gated development of luxurious houses and apartments. Set in landscaped communal gardens and with an all-weather tennis court, the house is a short walk from Falmouth town centre, where you can visit a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. There are several sandy beaches nearby and a short drive will take you to numerous gardens including Glendurgan, Trebah, Trelissick, Heligan and the Eden Project. Seaspray Cottage has a comfortable and spacious sitting-room with French windows leading onto a waterside terrace (please take care with toddlers and children) and small lawn.
