This delightful, semi-detached barn conversion offers an oasis of tranquility, close to the coast path and the enchanting village of Zennor. From the slate-flagged hallway, bespoke maple units and cabinetwork enrich the house. A centrally located Aga separates the kitchen and dining areas from the sitting-area, and ensures a warm, cosy atmosphere. French doors lead from the sitting-area to the patio and enclosed garden, also accessed from the ground floor bedroom which boasts a luxurious Japanese-style bathroom next door. The two first floor bedrooms enjoy Atlantic views and are approached by an elegant wooden staircase (please take care with children), which opens onto a spacious landing with window seats to appreciate the sea vista. There is also a mosaic tiled shower-room and another bathroom on this floor. Zenith is exceptional, ideal for exploring St Ives, the footpaths nearby and the numerous hidden rocky coves. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
