Rosemary Cottage is set within the 29 acres of immaculately maintained, landscaped communal grounds at the Maenporth Estate, an acclaimed development of contemporary holiday cottages. With a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, table-tennis and pool tables, all-weather tennis courts and a children’s play-area on site, and stunning Maenporth cove with its sandy beach and rock pools just outside the electronic entrance gate, your every need is catered for. This modern, semi-detached house has a wooden-floored sitting/dining-room leading out to a patio and lawns, and a maple fitted kitchen. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room while the twin and bunk bedrooms share the family bathroom. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, this is a wonderful base for exploring the area. Falmouth and the lovely Helford valley are both within three miles, with glorious gardens at Glendurgan, Trebah and Trelissick to explore. Ferries from Falmouth sail to the Cathedral City of Truro and the renowned sailing town of St Mawes, the southern-most point of the beautiful Roseland peninsula.
