Beautiful Maenporth cove has a sandy, family-friendly beach ideal for swimming, rock pooling and watersports. The Maenporth Estate is a top quality, security-gated development of terraced holiday cottages and apartments on the hillside above. Just outside the sailing town of Falmouth, it is an ideal base for exploring the area, with stunning gardens, the Helford River and the Cathedral City of Truro all within easy reach. With the inclusive facilities of a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool table, table-tennis, jacuzzi and tennis courts, all set within 29 acres of beautifully landscaped communal gardens, the estate has plenty to offer whatever the weather. Beach Walk is a bungalow forming the corner of a terrace, three flights of shallow steps (26 in all) down from the car park. The spacious living-room has double aspect doors opening onto large south and west-facing terraces and pretty woodland gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, although with The Cove bar and restaurant down by the beach, it may not get a lot of use! Both bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the terrace and garden and, in addition to the family bathroom, the master bedroom has its own en suite shower-room. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
