Situated down a half-mile long private road, this exceptionally peaceful detached cottage is centrally located for reaching all parts of west Cornwall, including beaches at Helford Passage, the Lizard, Falmouth and St Ives, and the Eden Project. The National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is close by, and gardens to visit include Trebah and Glendurgan. The Owners’ estate is a haven for wildlife and runs to some 40 acres, with splendid walks including one alongside a spectacular flooded quarry.
