Set in 212 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, all of which guests can explore, Grascott Farm is a rural idyll in which to truly unwind. This stunning area of north Devon is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve boasting a blend of special landscapes and wildlife and rich cultural heritage. Watch barn owls hunt in the fields in front of your cottage and let this place work its magic. Nestled down a mile long bumpy farm track, seclusion and silence envelop you on arrival at Grascott Cottage and Grenlecotte Cottage. Both have been beautifully renovated by the Owner using timber from the farm, which has three small trout-stocked lakes (take care with children), cycle paths, nature trails, abundant wildlife and shared play equipment. Providing a wonderfully tranquil spot for relaxing, the privacy and seclusion make it suitable for children and pets. The cottages and Grascott House (2375) are great for groups of friends or families to holiday together in an excellent touring base. The Tarka Trail is a ten minute drive with the nearest beaches only half an hour away. Please note these properties have a private water supply (regularly tested).
