Nestled down a mile long bumpy farm track, the seclusion and silence envelops you as you arrive at Grascott Cottage and Grenlecotte Cottage. Both cottages have been beautifully renovated by the neighbouring Owner using timber from the farm. The farm has three small trout-stocked lakes (please take care with children), cycle paths, nature trails, abundant wildlife and shared play equipment. Providing a wonderfully tranquil spot for a relaxing holiday, the privacy and seclusion make it suitable for children and pets. The cottages’ proximity to each other offers a great chance for groups of friends or families to holiday together in an excellent touring base. The Tarka Trail is a ten minute drive with the nearest beaches only half an hour away. Please note these properties have a private water supply (regularly tested). |
