Hike the Cornish cliffs just a moment’s walk away from Faraway Loft and watch the buzzards wheel above you. Approached by a wide but bumpy farm lane, just under half a mile long, this delightful detached barn conversion sits beside the Owner’s home, surrounded by fields running down to the sea. Guests can choose to surf at nearby Sennen Cove or listen to the birdsong as they relax at the cottage. Inside, the galley kitchen leads through to the spacious living-room. From here, patio doors open onto a small, grassed patio-area which enjoys distant views past the Owner’s home to Nanjizal Bay. A very narrow, wrought iron spiral staircase with a low ceiling (not suitable for the elderly) winds up to the pine-panelled dressing-room and bedroom. Faraway Loft provides a perfect base for exploring the rugged far west of Cornwall; the Minack Theatre, St Ives and beautiful beaches such as Porthcurno are all a short distance away.
