Bay Tree Mews is a delightful two-storey apartment attached to the Owners’ beautiful Victorian house, set beside the road through the village of St Hilary. Its contemporary interior is decorated in restful natural colours, the spacious, light-filled first floor sitting-room tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas. Also upstairs are the Victorian-styled bathroom and large double bedroom. The kitchen/dining-room on the ground floor has French doors opening out to the lovely sunny back garden, beyond which the Owner runs Bay Tree Outdoors, a small outdoor activity centre and equipment shop catering for walking, kayaking, canoeing, trail bike riding and wild swimming. Just a short drive from Praa Sands’ renowned surfing beach, famous St Michael’s Mount at Marazion, the south coast’s myriad secret coves and also St Ives and Gwithian to the north, Bay Tree Mews is the perfect retreat to return to after each exhilarating day out exploring this beautiful part of south west Cornwall.
