With panoramic views across the bay towards Coverack’s picturesque harbour, Fairwinds is a spacious, comfortable detached house standing peacefully on the hillside at the edge of this popular unspoilt fishing village. Having ascended the steps to the fabulous glass-fronted balcony (alternatively there is virtually level access from the top of the parking-area to the back door, which also has a ramp), your eye is inevitably drawn to the sparkling multi-coloured sea and far horizon. With wonderful views from several rooms inside the house, whether sunshine or storms the spectacular scenery before you is simply mesmerising. The views are best from the open plan living-room with its cosy open fire and huge picture window, also the downstairs double bedroom and the small sun-room. Individually styled with co-ordinating soft furnishings, all four generous bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower-room. Outside, the steeply terraced garden provides another vantage point from which to watch the comings and goings in the harbour, and a short walk down the hill takes you to the beach and into the village, where the excellent local pub and a genuinely friendly welcome await you.
