Spotlessly clean, very comfortable furniture, good quality appliances, a great design with two en-suites, perfect for two couples sharing; in fact one bathroom was bigger than our lounge at home! Owners very friendly, there if you wanted them but discreet if you did not. Great patio/decking for enjoying the late afternoon sun. A very nice pile of welcome goodies, all of Cornish origin; it would have taken some time in sourcing so many lovely things, so thank you for the effort. A great location for visiting all of South Cornwall's attractions without driving more than 30 miles to get there.

August 2017

Fantastic cottage. Very warm welcome from Annie and Steve who had also left a lovely welcome pack. The cottage had everything and more and was easily the loveliest and most luxurious cottage we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return.

July 2017

A beautiful cottage in a lovely valley location that has everything you could wish for, for a perfect holiday. Lovely comfy beds, an amazing bathroom, and a great kitchen space with a lovely view. We had a great stay there and and can't wait to go back. I am already missing the entertaining geese.

July 2017

The cottage has been built to a very high standard and finished with great attention to detail by the owners, Steve and Annie. They are the most welcoming and delightful hosts you could wish to meet. The cottage is very comfortable and conveniently located close to the A30 reducing journey times to popular attractions in the county. The generous welcoming goodies were a lovely bonus and much appreciated. A stay here is highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

June 2017

We have just had a wonderful week at Tin Stream Cottage. It is a first class cottage with lovely views and everything in the cottage was as we hoped it would be. The treats on arrival were very much appreciated along with fantastic weather, which was an added bonus. Annie and Steve are a delightful couple and wonderful hosts. We hope to be able to return sometime in the future. The Baker Family, Torquay, Devon. (10/6/17-17/6/17)

May 2017

We had the most fabulous weeks holiday at Tin Stream Cottage. Steve and Annie greeted us on our arrival to make sure our journey had been ok and that we had settled in. The cottage was in immaculate condition and really well thought out. The welcome goodies were a really lovely touch and a real treat! The cottage is set in a really lovely valley location with a lovely outlook but not far from the main road which enabled us to explore lots of Cornwall easily. Would highly recommend a stay at Tin Stream Cottage.

April 2017

The owners are so lovely and welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay at Tin Stream Cottage so much that we will definitely be back!

April 2017

Great cottage finished to a high spec, with excellent woodburner and amazingly comfy beds. It is conveniently located for exploring Cornwall, in a rural location but only a few minutes drive to the A30, and a large pub is within a short walk. The nearby owners are lovely and friendly, but unintrusive. Hoping to return here.
